We’re living in what some call the “AI anxiety era.”
Scroll through LinkedIn, and you’ll find people either trying to “AI-proof” their careers or dramatically announcing that robots are coming for their jobs. While those concerns are valid, here’s my two cents:
AI will not replace you. But someone using AI probably will.
That’s the reality of 2025 and beyond. And while this sparks fear in many, I see it as a massive opportunity — not an obituary for the job market, but a rebirth of it.
Let’s be honest — automation has always existed. Remember when Excel automated a bunch of manual accounting tasks? Did all accountants vanish? Nope. They evolved. And so must we.
