A recent leak reveals the specific dimensions of the display cutout on the Pro models. A tipster, Ice Universe, explains that the iPhone 18 Pro models will feature a smaller Dynamic Island cutout that measures 13.49mm in width. By comparison, the cutout on the current iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max measures 20.76mm.
With this specification in the dimensions, there’s a 35% reduction in size, in comparison with the existing models. According to rumours, Apple is likely to move the Face ID hardware behind the display on the iPhone 18 Pro models.
