Infinix has just announced the Infinix NOTE 60 Series during its 2026 showcase in Hong Kong. It introduces the Infinix NOTE 60 Pro and the standard Infinix NOTE 60 as the latest additions to its upper mid-range portfolio.
Infinix Note 60 Series Revealed with Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, Dimensity 7400, and Active Matrix Display
The Infinix NOTE 60 Pro brings an interesting shift in hardware for this series. It brings the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset. The previous NOTE models used different platforms, mostly from MediaTek. Those who favor Snapdragon chips might start looking at this model as an interesting mid-range device.
Since there is a new chipset, the brand also highlights its new thermal system. The device now uses a larger vapor chamber cooling system paired with a copper heat-spreading layer. It enhances the dissipation, keeping thermals in check.
A new design element appears on the rear in the form of what Infinix calls the Active Matrix Display. This small LED interface stays hidden during normal use and only lights up for notifications, alerts, or simple animations. Functionally, it behaves more like an auxiliary notification light than a secondary display.

Infinix Note 60 Pro Specifications
On the front, the Infinix NOTE 60 Pro uses a 1.5K-resolution panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and high peak brightness. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and is paired with stereo speakers carrying JBL tuning.

The camera hardware centers on a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization, accompanied by an ultrawide lens. Other camera features include HDR processing, Live Photo capture, portrait zoom, and 4K stabilized video recording. Most of the changes in this area appear to be driven by software processing and tuning rather than a major shift in sensor configuration. Obviously, there is an AI Suite to boost the quality and personalize the final content.
The battery capacity is rated at up to 6500 mAh, with support for 90W wired charging and 30W wireless charging. The company also mentions a battery health management system designed to maintain long-term capacity over extended charging cycles. Obviously, the real-world longevity will depend on usage habits and thermal conditions.

In terms of construction, the phone uses a one-piece aluminum alloy frame with a matte finish and carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. Additional hardware features include a customizable side button and a built-in health-monitoring function that tracks metrics such as heart rate, blood oxygen, and HRV.
Infinix Note 60
The standard NOTE 60 retains much of the same design language and several shared features, including the high refresh rate display, vapor chamber cooling, and 50MP OIS main camera. The primary difference is the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultimate 5G platform, positioning it as the more accessible model in the series.

Both Note 60 smartphones will come with XOS 16 based on Android 16. The brand also promises three major upgrades for both smartphones, meaning that, in theory, they will reach Android 19. All smartphones in the lineup will offer support for eSIM.
