While Square Enix might be best known for its work on the ever-popular Final Fantasy series, the veteran Japanese game studio also pushes out tons of games under its other franchises. One good example is the Paranormasight series, which recently added a new title with Paranormasight: The Mermaid’s Curse.
For those unfamiliar, Paranormasight: The Mermaid’s Curse is a visual-novel style game which means that it’s pretty heavy on the narrative. Players will have to piece together clues and engage with a large cast of characters to get to the bottom of the in-game mystery. It also features paranormal/horror elements which makes for a more unique on-the-go mystery gaming experience.
