Sree Kandhan Sastha Temple, Aryanad Pulimoottil

The sacred Sree Kandhan Sastha Temple, Aryanad Pulimoottil (Reg. No. 1100/97), invites devotees to the Pankuni Uthra Purusha Pongala Mahotsavam 2026, observed on March 31 and April 1, 2026 (Malayalam Era 1201 – Pankuni 17 & 18).
Dedicated to Lord Sastha, the compassionate protector and bestower of prosperity, this two-day festival is a deeply spiritual occasion marked by tantric rituals, sacred offerings, Purusha Pongala, grand processions, and vibrant cultural programs.

Pankuni Uthra holds profound importance in Sastha worship traditions. The festival symbolizes surrender, discipline, and divine grace. Devotees gather to seek blessings for family welfare, removal of obstacles, and fulfillment of cherished desires.
