A recent leak has revealed the details of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8. And the same source has unveiled the CAD-based renders, revealing the device itself.It can be seen that the design of the Galaxy Z Fold 8 is very reminiscent of the Galaxy Z Fold 7. It comes with the same display size.
However, the Fold 8 will feature a 5,000 mAh battery, 600 mAh larger than its predecessor’s. It will also support 45W wired charging (up from 25W). It’s expected to bring another upgrade: a 50MP ultrawide camera (up from 12MP).
The phone’s price is expected to remain the same with the Fold 7’s. According to reports, the Fold 8 measures 158.4 x 143.2 x 4.5 mm when unfolded, and 158.4 x 72.8 x 9 mm when folded. Though these are approximate dimensions, and they make it a bit thicker than the Fold 7. It could still be thinner. It’s about 5.5mm thick, for the camera bump.
