Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 8 Classic is one of the top holdovers for this Amazon Big Spring Sale. The Galaxy smartwatch is still priced at $369, which is the record-low for this year and a price we’ve consistently seen since the start of the month.

This translates to a $130 reduction from the normal price of $499. The deal applies to both Black and Silver finishes. It is worth noting that this model already includes cellular capability, unlike the non-Classic version, which offers separate Wi-Fi and cellular options.

Why the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic Wins Our Money

The Galaxy Watch 8 Classic (review) marks the revival of the Classic line, which was notably absent from the Galaxy Watch 7 series. Samsung brought back the mechanical rotating bezel, a highly useful component for navigating the UI by physically dialing the part. Beyond the bezel, the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic features a new “cushion” design, where the circular display sits atop a slightly squarish chassis. This results in an elegant, final look that distinguishes itself from standard round or square forms.

Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 8 Classic is compliant with MIL-STD-810H standards, adding a layer of protection against everyday wear and tear. It is also IP68-rated with 5 ATM water resistance. The smartwatch features a 1.34-inch display with an impressive peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The panel is protected by Sapphire Crystal, which offers much better scratch resistance compared to the Gorilla Glass used on the standard model.

Inside, the Galaxy Watch 8 is fitted with an improved BioActive sensor for more accurate wellness tracking, including refined heart rate measurements. It also features AI-powered Sleep Coaching and a Running Coach. Other vital features include an Antioxidant Index, a non-invasive way to measure carotenoid levels, and sleep apnea detection.

The smartwatch is equipped with a large 445 mAh battery. With normal use, it lasts between two to three days and supports wireless charging at 10W speeds.
