بِرعايةِ محافظِ جدة، الأمير سعود بن عبد الله بن جلوي، يشرع ملتقى قراءة النص، في دورته الثانية والعشرين، أبوابه نحو فضاءاتٍ نقديةٍ رحبةٍ، بجمعية أدبي جدة، مساء اليوم (الثلاثاء)، ليناقشَ نخبةٌ من المثقفين والباحثين تحولاتِ الأدب السعودي في ظل رؤية المملكة الطموحة.
وتتناغم الرؤى لاستشراف مستقبل الحرف، عبر محاور تمتد لتشمل أثر التحولات الوطنية في تطور الأجناس الأدبية، وتجليات المكان، وبناء الإنسان، مرورًا بتجارب الشباب الجديدة، وآفاق الأدب الرقمي، والترجمة التي تنقل الإبداع المحلي إلى العالمية.
وفي لفتةٍ تجسد قيم الوفاء للمسيرة الثقافية، يُتوِّج الملتقى القاص محمد علي قدس شخصيةً لهذا العام، تقديرًا لعطائه الأدبي الممتد.
وقد أشار الدكتور عبد الله عويقل السلمي إلى أن هذا المحفل، الذي يقترب من إكمال ربع قرن، أصبح اليوم موردًا عذبًا للباحثين، ومادةً ثريةً للرسائل العلمية في الجامعات، بفضل الإيمان العميق والرعاية التي يحظى بها من سمو محافظ جدة، والدعم السخي من رجال الثقافة والأعمال، الذين جعلوا من هذا الملتقى منارةً معرفيةً تسجل حضورًا لافتًا في تضاريس الأدب العربي.
Under the patronage of the Governor of Jeddah, Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, the Reading Text Forum opens its doors to expansive critical horizons in its twenty-second edition at the Jeddah Literary Association this evening (Tuesday), where a select group of intellectuals and researchers will discuss the transformations of Saudi literature in light of the Kingdom’s ambitious vision.
The visions harmonize to foresee the future of the written word, through themes that encompass the impact of national transformations on the development of literary genres, the manifestations of place, and the construction of the individual, passing through the new experiences of youth, the horizons of digital literature, and translation that conveys local creativity to the global stage.
In a gesture that embodies the values of loyalty to the cultural journey, the forum honors the short story writer Muhammad Ali Quds as this year’s personality, in appreciation of his extensive literary contributions.
Dr. Abdullah Awaiqil Al-Sulami noted that this gathering, which is nearing a quarter of a century, has become a rich resource for researchers and a valuable material for academic theses in universities, thanks to the deep faith and support it receives from His Highness the Governor of Jeddah, and the generous backing from cultural and business figures, who have made this forum a knowledge beacon that marks a significant presence in the landscape of Arabic literature.
