Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Z Flip8 has now been outed in some CAD-based renders showing it from a bunch of angles. It follows in the footsteps of its bigger sibling, the Galaxy Z Fold8, which leaked in CAD-based renders last month.

The Flip8 will measure 166.8 x 75.4 x 6.6 mm when unfolded and 85.4 x 75.4 x 13.2 mm when folded. That makes it a tiny bit longer, wider, and thicker than its predecessor from last year when unfolded, but we do mean a tiny bit – you won’t notice any change in real life. That said, it will be half a mm thinner when folded, for what it’s worth.

The Flip8 will have a 6.9-inch internal screen and a 4.1-inch cover display. Those sizes are identical to the Flip7’s. Overall, there are no visible changes between the generations. This means that any upgrades that this year’s model will pack will be confined to the inside.

The Flip8 is expected to launch alongside the Fold8 and the “Wide Fold” at Samsung’s next Unpacked event, which will be taking place in July, if history repeats itself.
