If you’re looking for a new mouse for your computer, then you’re in luck—ASUS recently announced the launch of the ZenMouse MD202, a new wireless mouse designed for folks looking to add a new productivity tool to their collection. Available in Scandinavian White and Moher Gray, the MD202 weighs in at just 85g, and features dual-mode connectivity via 2.4GHz RF and Bluetooth.
ASUS says that the mouse’s hardware is built around a high-precision optical sensor capable of reaching 4200dpi, which can also track on glass surfaces to ensure consistent operation regardless of where you’re using the mouse. The MD202 also uses tactile micro switches rated for 50 million clicks, in addition to a configurable five-button layout. As far as design goes, it does look pretty sleek courtesy of its Ceraluminum finish, similar to what ASUS uses on the Zenbook A16.
With that said, another major highlight of the MD202 is its battery, which can provide up to seven months of use on a full charge, which to be honest is pretty darn impressive. For users in need of a quick battery top-up, the mouse also supports rapid charging, and can deliver 16 hours of light use from a one-minute charge.
