Infinix has officially confirmed the arrival of a new smartphone in India — the Hot 60 5G. Following the recent launch of the Hot 60i with the Helio G81 Ultimate chip in markets like Kenya and Bangladesh, the brand is set to unveil the Hot 60 5G on July 11. The key highlight of this device is a dedicated One Tap AI Button, which introduces a smarter way to interact with the phone.
One Tap AI Button brings smart, contextual control

Positioned on the right side of the Infinix Hot 60 5G, just below the power and volume keys, the One Tap AI Button is designed to offer personalized control over various functions. It supports single press, double press, and long press, and can be mapped to over 30 different apps. Whether it’s professionals seeking faster workflows, gamers optimising performance, or students looking for quick access tools — this button is designed for all.

The button not only launches apps but also responds to the content currently displayed on the screen. It can trigger features like Circle to Search, summarize web pages or documents, and deliver contextual explanations. Over time, it adapts to the user’s routine to provide real-time smart actions.

A long press activates Folax, the brand’s integrated AI assistant. It can summarize meeting recordings, translate documents, set alarms, manage tasks, and provide voice-activated responses. For gamers, it can optimize system resources and improve in-game performance. The One Tap AI Button also allows app-specific actions — for example, launching Shorts or Subscriptions in YouTube with a single press.
The official Hot 60 5G microsite confirms that the device features the Dimensity 7020 chipset, LPDDR5x RAM, 90fps gaming, and a 7.8mm slim chassis. It will be available in three shades, such as Shadow Blue, Tundra Green, and Sleek Black.
