It’s an exciting time to be a Spider-Man fan. The Web-Head has two new films coming to theaters in the near future. This includes Spider-Man: Brand New Day and Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, the latter of which is the conclusion to the critically-acclaimed animated Spider-Verse trilogy following Miles Morales. The film is just under two years away, but that hasn’t stopped the spectacular Spider-Merch from swinging onto store sleeves. Now, LEGO has re-entered the Spider-Verse with new Spider-Man minifigures.
Based on Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, there are 12 possible LEGO minifigures to get in this six-pack bag of minifigures. This blind box could include Miles Morales, Mile’s version of The Prowler, Spider-Gwen (aka Ghost-Spider), Peter B. Parker with Mayday Parker, Spider-Punk, Cyborg Spider-Man, and Werewolf Spider-Man. There’s also Cowboy Spider-Man, Spider-Man India, and Spider-Man 2099. This Spider-Verse set will be $29.94 USD each.
‘Across the Spider-Verse’ and Back
When Into the Spider-Verse was released in 2018, it took the world by storm with its sleek animation style, stellar voice acting, and rich storytelling. Across the Spider-Verse then took what was established in that original masterpiece and flipped it on its head. A love letter to the entire Spider-Man universe featuring cameos from The Spectacular Spider-Man, Spider-Man: The Animated Series and more, it was another emotional tale about accepting your place in the universe. Even when the universe doesn’t accept you.
The sequel made over $600 million at the worldwide box office while spawning an endless multiverse of merchandise, including Marvel Legends figures from Hasbro, Funko Pops, LEGO sets, and apparel collections. There’s bound to be even more Spider-Verse-related items in the lead up to the final film. Since Across the Spider-Verse ended with a cliffhanger – seeing the return of Spider-People like Spider-Man Noir – LEGO will probably make more blind bags like this in the future. August is already a huge Marvel month for LEGO as they’re releasing two new Spider-Man sets. This includes a set based on the iconic train sequence from Spider-Man 2.
When Does ‘Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse’ Release?
Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse is finally releasing in theaters on June 25, 2027. However, before that, Tom Holland‘s next live-action MCU Spider-Man film, Brand New Day, will release in theaters on July 31, 2026. Until then, you can stream both Into and Across the Spider-Verse on Disney+ alongside Spider-Man: Homecoming. Before your next Marvel binge, you can pre-order LEGO’s new minifigure Across the Spider-Verse blind bags on Walmart’s website. The figures will arrive by Monday, September 1st.
