Hulu’s new legal thriller, All’s Fair, has clawed its way to the top of streaming charts despite a rare 0% Rotten Tomatoes score. Created by the prolific Ryan Murphy, All’s Fair follows divorce lawyers Allura Grant (Kim Kardashian) and Liberty Ronson (Naomi Watts), alongside researcher Emerald Greene (Niecy Nash-Betts), tackling cases at their successful, all-female law firm, Grant, Ronson, and Greene.
While the cast of All’s Fair includes plenty of familiar names and faces, the series itself has been universally panned by critics. Its rare 0% Rotten Tomatoes score includes criticism aimed at the story and Kardashian’s acting, with multiple reviews calling the show difficult to watch. However, this hasn’t stopped it from finding surprising global success.
According to FlixPatrol, All’s Fair is the Number 1 show on Hulu and Disney+ worldwide as of November 5, 2025. The legal drama managed to earn this spot after just one day on the streaming platform. It’s also Number 1 in 27 countries worldwide, including Australia, France, Poland, the Netherlands, Norway, Luxembourg, Romania, and Switzerland to name a few.
All’s Fair premiered with its first three episodes on November 4, 2025. One new episode is set to arrive weekly every Tuesday on the streaming platform, until the final two episodes on December 9. The show will consist of nine episodes in total, giving the series a chance to maintain its current posture on the platform for weeks to come.
If the series remains popular, it wouldn’t be the first time this year a critically panned production spearheaded by Murphy maintained streaming success. Reviews for Monster: The Ed Gein Story were almost universally negative, earning it a 22% on Rotten Tomatoes. Yet the show maintained a high spot in Netflix’s Top 10 for multiple weeks after it was released.
Despite universally negative reviews, All’s Fair is led by recognizable faces in Kardashian, Watts, and Nash-Betts, while the main cast also includes Teyana Taylor, Sarah Paulson, and Glenn Close. Their appearances coupled with Murphy’s name recognition may have been what helped the series earn such a surprising push to the top of Hulu’s charts.
However, All’s Fair isn’t doing well with audiences either, with Rotten Tomatoes reporting a 57% based on over 100 ratings. While the initial viewership for the legal thriller may be high, the series might not hold the staying power of other Murphy shows with similarly low scores. This will likely be more apparent in the weeks to come.
