How do you get access to the Battlefield 6 Open Beta?
Battlefield 6 has been officially revealed with an October 10 release date, but an open beta period has also been announced for the first-person shooter sequel and will be available later this month.
The only thing you need to do in order to play the open beta, regardless of which platform you’re playing it on, is to download it when it becomes available and sign in with an EA account when prompted. Other than that, everybody with access to the relevant platforms (those being PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC) should be able to access the beta without much difficulty.
Battlefield 6 Open Beta begins soon
There’s also an early access period available to players, but there are only a few ways to gain access to this on August 7. Either players have to have signed up to Battlefield Labs before July 31, have watched certain streamers on Twitch during the initial reveal of the game, or need to have an EA Play Pro subscription.
Players can then redeem that code on the official site. Otherwise, the first access most players will have to the Battlefield 6 open beta is Saturday, August 9, with the first weekend running until August 11, then a second open beta period starting on Thursday, August 14 and ending on Sunday, August 17.
- Stage 1 available on 9th – 11th August 2025
- Stage 2 available on 14th – 17th August 2025
Meanwhile, Twitch drops have also been outlined for Battlefield 6, with several skins available for vehicles, weapons, and soldiers. These are available over the open beta period, and eligible players will receive a code in their Twitch inbox.
