He was speaking at a press conference held at Shri Datta Padmanabh Peeth in Kundai, Goa. On this occasion, Shri. Mohan Amshekar, Goa State Minister of Vishwa Hindu Parishad; Shri. Parashuram Dubey, Dharmacharya Sampark Pramukh; and Shri. Shyam Naik, Goa Mandir-Archak Sampark Pramukh were present.
Alok Kumar further said that during the recently conducted five-day “Sant Samvad Yatra” across Mumbai, Palghar, Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, and Goa, it was clearly observed that the Saint community is now actively coming forward in the work of social awakening. Programmes such as Sant Darshan and Sant Samvad will be organised on a large scale across the country, through which awareness on issues such as religious conversion will be increased in society, and people will be inspired to return to their original sanskars.
Efforts by Vishva Hindu Parishad against religious conversion
He stated that those who wish to return will be respectfully accepted through religious rituals and purification processes. Saints across the country are coming forward in this effort, and with their support, this campaign is being carried out on a wide scale.
Due to initiatives such as Sant Samvad, this work will expand further. With the growing impact of Dharmic awareness, attraction towards original sanskars is increasing in society, and in the coming time, the efforts of “ghar wapsi” will gain further momentum.
