By the time you hit your 40s (or beyond), life has already handed you a pretty thick manual of hard knocks and priceless lessons. You’ve got decades of stories, expertise, cautionary tales, shortcuts that could save someone else years of fumbling around regardless of which job functions or industries you’re working in.
What do most people do? They keep it all locked up inside. I’m sure they have various reasons of doing that but I just hope it’s not laziness. Another reason I commonly hear is the idea of “content creation” sounds exhausting. Like it’s only for hyperactive kids on TikTok, or those shouty self-help bros promising they’ll make you 1 million in 6 weeks if you dance on Reels.
