FromSoftware and Bandai Namco have announced that the long-awaited two-player mode for Elden Ring Nightreign will be launched on July 30, 2025, as part of update 1.02 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. This addition should make it easier for players to set up matches with friends and was highly requested by the community.
Alongside the dedicated two-player mode, the update is set to bring several quality-of-life improvements to the title.
Earlier, Bandai Namco announced that Nightreign had sold five million copies, while Shadow of the Erdtree, the expansion for Elden Ring, had crossed the ten million sales mark.
