Outline of the Role
The role will involve design, support and providing application-based electric motor solution for the Indian market for Electric vehicles, Industrial segment, the mobility segment and wind turbines.

To lead electric motor platform in India working closely with global R&D team based in Italy.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Experience: 2 to 5 years of previous experience gained within the electrical motors industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Expertise in designing, sizing, selection of electric motors
- Working closely with customers to provide and propose technical solutions.
- Selection and proposal of electric motors with respect to a specific application.
- Working closely with Bonfiglioli teams in Italy and Vietnam.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support the resolution of field complaints.
- Work with R&D teams for gearboxes to define joint solutions for the market.
