Even Realities recently announced that it’s bringing new updates for its G2 smart glasses, which includes a major redesign of its on-screen conversational interface, as well as the launch of the Even Hub which changes how the G2 smart glasses can assist users in real-time. CEO Will Wang comments:
It’s time to put technology at the service of humanity, not the other way around. We built something that shows up with you in the moments that matter — starting with the conversations happening every day.
One key highlight of the update us the introduction of Prep Notes, which allows users to upload briefings, documents, or specific data points to the Even Hub before a meeting or call. Once a conversation begins, the G2 glasses will be able to monitor the dialogue and surface relevant information—such as fact-checks, keywords, and suggested responses—directly in the wearer’s field of view.

Users can also navigate between live captions and their pre-loaded notes using the glasses’ touch controls or the Even R1 ring, eliminating the need to look down at a phone or laptop.
As for the UI, the update brings a cleaner and clutter-free experience, with cleaner prompts and a refined layout for reduced distractions. The UI’s visual elements have been optimized to display high-utility data while maintaining the wearer’s focus on their physical surroundings.
Additionally, Even Realities plans to further develop the G2 into a “second memory” that grows more personalized with use. As the system gathers more context from a user’s daily routine, it will provide increasingly tailored support. The company says that an early iteration of this personalized companion experience is scheduled for release in the coming months.
