The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and validating x86/GPU-based systems, executing tests across multiple operating systems, and working hands-on with test and measurement equipment in a lab environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform system-level hardware testing for electronic systems, including bring-up, validation, and regression testing.
- Assemble and test x86 and GPU-based platforms, ensuring correct hardware configuration and functionality.
- Execute and document test cases on Windows and Linux environments.
- Debug hardware issues and collaborate with design, firmware, and software teams to resolve failures.
- Use test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, DAQ systems, and digital multimeters (DMM) for signal validation and troubleshooting.
- Analyse test results, identify root causes, and provide detailed reports with recommendations.
- Follow standard test procedures, safety guidelines, and documentation practices.
- Support continuous improvement of test methodologies and lab processes.
Required Qualifications
- B.E / Diploma / Associate Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in electronic system-level hardware testing.
- Strong familiarity with x86 and GPU-based system assembly and testing.
- Experience executing tests in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Working knowledge of oscilloscope, DAQ, and DMM for hardware validation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced lab environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with hardware bring-up and failure analysis.
- Exposure to BIOS, firmware, or low-level system debugging.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Experience working in a WFO / lab-based setup.
