HoYoverse has revealed the HSR 3.5 banners featuring Hysilens and Cerydra, the next duo of playable Chrysos Heirs.

Hysilens will be a potent debuffer and DoT-focused character, who can hopefully bring this style of play back on the radar. Cerydra is a buffer specializing in amping up the performance of one ally. They are accompanied by reruns for two recently buffed Stellaron Hunters. And of course the Fate UBW crossover banners are still available as well.

Find the Honkai: Star Rail 3.5 character banners as well as the available Light Cones below.

Starting on August 13, 2025, with HSR 3.5’s release, you’ll be able to call upon the following characters and Light Cones for three weeks:

Hysilens

Hysilens, Cerydra’s right hand and army commander, is capable of inflicting several debuffs on enemies, causing them to take increased damage as well as reducing their ATK and DEF. Her Ultimate further allows her to automatically deal additional DoT to enemies suffering from DoT and she automatically inflicts DoT whenever allies attack foes, making her a natural addition to DoT compositions.

Kafka

Kafka is a powerful DoT damage dealer and enabler, especially after receiving buffs in HSR 3.4. The Stellaron Hunter inflicts tons of DoT and increases her team’s ATK. She remains an integral part of DoT compositions.

Phase 2 of HSR 3.5 will begin on September 3, 2025, and run for three weeks from that point on. You’ll be able to get the following characters and Light Cones in this time period:

Cerydra

Cerydra, the Chess Master Monarch, can bestow her favor on allies to increase their ATK, CRIT DMG, and All-Type RES PEN. She further supports the buffed unit by providing Additional DMG to any of their attacks and can increase their SPD. Crucially, the target of her buff can trigger the Coup de Main effect, allowing them to immediately use their Skill a second time.

Silver Wolf

Silver Wolf is a potent debuff character and – similar to Kafka – received buffs in HSR 3.4. She’s especially good at reducing the DEF of enemies and can inflict additional Weakness Types — in a much more controlled manner now, thanks to the recent buffs.

The Fate UBW collaboration banner will remain available throughout Version 3.5.

Saber

Saber is an ATK-based damage dealer who excels at regenerating Energy for herself, which greatly accelerates the use of her Ultimate — the mighty Excalibur. Activating her Ultimate is enabling her to use an Enhanced Basic Attack that can hit all enemies on the field as well, so she’s a threat for waves as well as single targets.

Archer

Archer is an expert at downing single targets and can use his Skill repeatedly in the same turn by spending additional Skill Points. Similar to Sparkle – who is a great team mate for him – Archer upgrades the team’s maximum SP and will benefit from the team having a high number of SP. Additionally, Archer can launch Follow-Up Attacks that recover SP as long as he’s got Charge points to spend.
