The Old Brews & New Friends event is available in Honkai: Star Rail 3.5, returning the cocktail mixing minigame to the space RPG. Told as an episode that happened during the Trailblazer’s time on Penacony, the event starts with drinksmith Siobhan finding an old recipe book.
Only some of the instructions are still legible, so she leaves it up to the Trailblazer to piece the old recipes back together… only all the drinks seem to have quite peculiar side effects on the visiting guests.

The Herta tries to troubleshoot one of her puppets with your drinks. One helps the puppet grow its personality – though not in a direction The Herta approves – while the other inverses it. This result, too, doesn’t exactly please the genius.
