I know that from experience. We are humans. We want control over our work. Tell us the deadline and constraints. Go away after that. We have the intelligence, know-how, and grit to get it delivered.

He is a young, ambitious Mongolian we hired in Ulaanbaatar to run our new business unit in Mongolia. This is our attempt to penetrate an identified exotic market in the Asia-Pacific.
