The singer, bestselling author, TV personality, fashion founder and mom of four wears many hats (how she does it all, we’ll never know), but somehow manages to weave beauty and self-care into the mix. Here, she shares the new hair-care products she’s loving right now, how she’s exploring a more effortless approach to life and which exciting projects are in her pipeline.
You’ve always given #hairgoals. What are the most essential parts of your hair-care routine?
“Thank you! I appreciate that because it’s always been important to me that my hair is healthy and strong. That is my hair goal! And now, I am so excited to reveal my hair secret with y’all. “Working out is really important to me. It makes me feel strong. Getting lots of sleep is also a priority. I definitely have a diligent skin-care routine at night as I’ve gotten older. What’s on the docket for you this spring?
“I’m so excited about my fourth cookbook coming out later this year, and there’s a little surprise that I can’t wait to share with you guys that involves the book. This spring we will be launching a new collection of my Just Feed Me cookware that is available at Walmart. I also have big news regarding my clothing line Kittenish! There’s a lot this year and I’m so excited to share it with everyone. I’m so grateful to have such great fans who have been with me on this journey all of these years and are growing up with me!”
