Lost & Found Blends Multiple Art Styles for a

lost found pc

ShaggyBearGames has announced Lost & Found, a unique-looking adventure-mystery game that blends art styles to create a weird world of folks trying to find what they’ve lost.

The side-scrolling adventure uses a mixture of 2D, 3D, pixel art, claymation, and more to tell the story of a Lost & Found office in 2007.

You play as Rico, a laid-off artist who returns to his hometown after struggling to find work in the big city. The only job going? Working at that Lost & Found office.

Check out the announcement trailer below to see the charming adventure in action.

Rico’s job sees him exploring the town, trying to find who these lost items belong to. Not the easiest job to begin with, but it’s made harder because not every resident will tell the truth about ownership. It’s up to you, as Rico, to decide if the matches are right or if an item should even be found at all.

Each item has its own story, and the eventual destination of each one can alter where the story goes.

The mix of styles actually seems to come together quite well, and there’s a sense of humour bubbling under the footage in the trailer. An investigative adventure game that doesn’t conform to the usual detective-style examples in the sub-genre is refreshing, so I’m looking forward to seeing how Lost & Found turns out.

Lost & Found is currently listed as Coming Soon on Steam, but you can wishlist it now.
