Devotees and groups planning to participate in Kettukazhcha (traditional ceremonial displays) must follow the guidelines issued by the temple advisory committee.

Important Guidelines for Kettukazhcha
The temple advisory committee has issued several regulations to ensure the smooth conduct of the festival:

DJ systems, Nasik Dhol, Thambolam, flags, floats, and paper blasters are strictly prohibited as per High Court orders and police guidelines.

Musical performances accompanying Kettukazhcha are not allowed after the Deeparadhana time.

Only Kettukazhcha structures below 20 feet in height will be permitted.

Unauthorized removal or damage to cables and electrical lines is strictly prohibited.

Public transport routes must not be obstructed. Violations may result in legal action by the police authorities.

During Deeparadhana, each Kettukazhcha must place a lit lamp in front of the display within the temple premises.

Lamps and related materials must be arranged by the respective Kettukazhcha committees.
Festival Management
The Temple Advisory Committee will have full responsibility for the organization, control, and coordination of the Meena Amrithi Pongala Mahotsavam.
