The price of the Nothing Phone (4a) and Pro is
now out ahead of its March 5 launch. A new leak via Dealabs shows that the base model of this device , the Phone (4a) will start at
€389. This model comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. There is
also a 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model which will cost €429. That gives buyers
two clear steps in price, based on memory.

The Pro model sits higher as expected. The 8GB
RAM and 128GB model will cost €479. But, if you want something bigger, then,
you have the option of the 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage which is
selling for €549.

The Pro model will commence shipment on March
26, a few weeks after its official launch. However, the base model should go on
sale soon after the launch event. With this, Nothing keeps its mid tier spot,
but the Pro model now edges close to some big name rivals in price.

Design and
screen

The Phone (4a) comes in four shades: black,
white, pink, and blue. The Pro comes in black, silver, and pink.

On the front, the base model has a 6.78 inch
AMOLED panel with 120Hz rate. It also packs a 32MP selfie camera. On the back,
the well known Glyph light set up is still here. This time, it uses 63 LED
beads.

The Pro model gets a bit more. It has a 6.83
inch AMOLED panel with a 144Hz rate. Like the base model, it has a 32MP selfie
camera on the front.

The size gap is small, but the Pro has a
faster refresh rate, which may help with games and fast scrolling.

Camera,
zoom, and more

The Pro model adds more power at the back. It
has a 50MP main camra. It also packs a telephoto lens with up to 140x hybrid
zoom. That is a bold claim for a phone in this price band. The Pro model also
has IP65 dust and water resistance and this means it can handle dust and light
rain, but not a full dunk in water. The base model Phone (4a) keeps things more
simple but its full rear camera specs is still under wraps.

To keep the lights of these phones on, these
devices will ship with a 5080 mAh battery. According to reports, this should
last for a full day for most casual users, and maybe more with light tasks.

With launch set for March 5, all eyes are now
on how these prices will land with fans. At €389 for the base and €549 for the
top Pro, Nothing is no longer just the low cost pick.
