How OPPO Fit a 7500mAh Battery into an 8.25mm Body
Let’s talk about that battery, because it’s kind of ridiculous. OPPO managed to cram a 7500mAh cell into a body that’s the same thickness as last year’s model, despite packing over 1000mAh more capacity. The standard model isn’t far behind either, coming in at 7025mAh while measuring just 7.99mm thin.
The secret sauce is OPPO’s third-generation Silicon-Carbon Battery technology. By incorporating 15% silicon content, these batteries achieve an energy density of over 850Wh/L. More importantly, the proprietary spherical silicon-carbon material resists fracturing during charge cycles, which means the battery should retain over 80% of its original capacity even after five years of daily use.
We’ve been hearing rumors about 7000mAh batteries coming to flagships for a while now, but OPPO is actually delivering on that promise. In practical terms, you’re looking at nearly 6 hours of 4K 60fps Dolby Vision HDR video recording on a single charge. For normal daily use, OPPO claims you can easily stretch it to two full days before needing to plug in.
Both phones support 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging, so you won’t be waiting around long when you do need to top up.
That 200MP Hasselblad Camera Is No Joke

The camera system on these phones is co-developed with Hasselblad, and the telephoto on the Pro model is particularly impressive. That 200MP sensor measures 1/1.56 inches, making it more than double the size of what you’ll find on competing flagship phones. Pair that with an f/2.1 aperture (the largest in its class), and you’ve got a recipe for some seriously good low-light zoom shots.
What’s cool is the floating element design, which allows the camera to focus as close as 10cm from your subject. This means you can get those stunning tele-macro shots without awkwardly hovering over whatever you’re photographing and casting shadows everywhere.

The 200MP sensor isn’t just for show either. In Hasselblad High-Res Mode, you can capture images at full resolution and crop in dramatically while keeping ridiculous amounts of detail. OPPO’s LUMO Image Engine handles the heavy lifting here, applying multi-frame processing to enhance detail and reduce noise even when you’re shooting at the full 200MP.
You’ll get lossless-quality images up to 13.2x zoom, and if you need to reach even further, Super Zoom pushes things up to 120x on both models. Both phones also feature a True Color Camera, which is basically an extra sensor dedicated to ensuring color accuracy across all the cameras, even when lighting conditions get tricky.
Pricing and Availability
OPPO hasn’t announced official pricing yet, but we should have those details soon. The Find X9 series is confirmed for a global launch on October 28, 2025, with ColorOS 16 included out of the box. Both models will ship with full Google services and will be available in multiple color options.
