ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 24th Jul, 2025) Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police’s mobile initiative, Police Station-on-Wheels, has been stationed at Argentina Park on Thursday to facilitate citizens with direct access to police services.
A public relations officer told APP that the mobile unit was deployed to provide on-the-spot services such as FIR registration, character certificate issuance, and legal assistance to the public without requiring them to visit a traditional police station.
He said the initiative is part of Islamabad Police’s commitment to improve public access and ensure community-friendly policing through digital and mobile solutions.
He said citizens are encouraged to visit the mobile unit and benefit from its services during its stay at the location.
