Ranveer Singh is walking into release week with a rare kind of momentum, the kind that shows up on ticketing dashboards long before the first show begins. Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge has crossed the USD 2 million mark in advance sales in the United States, becoming the first ever Hindi film to hit that pre-booking milestone in the market.
The achievement lands at a time when overseas pre-sales are increasingly being treated as an early barometer for franchise-scale event films, and the Aditya Dhar directorial is clearly playing in that arena.

As of Tuesday morning in the US, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge has grossed over USD 2 million in advance bookings. A sizeable chunk is coming from early premium shows, with approximately USD 700,000 attributed to the Wednesday premiere bookings and another USD 300,000 driven by Thursday’s opening day.
The film’s top locations are also seeing high occupancy levels, which has pushed a visible spillover into the first weekend. Pre-sales are trending strongly across Friday and Saturday, with Sunday also building steadily as the booking window widens.
In the process, the film has moved past the previous high watermark for a Bollywood title in US pre-sales, with Jawan having earlier registered around USD 1.50 million in pre-bookings.
With premieres still days away, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge is also tracking towards higher advance totals, buoyed by sustained interest and a widening weekend footprint.
Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge is written and directed by Aditya Dhar and stars Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, and Sara Arjun. The film is produced by Jyoti Deshpande (Jio Studios) along with Aditya and Lokesh Dhar (B62 Studios). It is a spy action drama that continues the Dhurandhar franchise, with the new chapter positioned around vengeance and a high-stakes undercover world. The film is set for a theatrical release on March 19, 2026, with paid previews beginning March 18.
