ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 13th Apr, 2026) Superintendent of Police (SP) City Zone Dr Ayaz Hussain chaired a crime meeting with Station House Officers (SHOs) and moharrars of the City Zone to review law and order and devise strategies for crime prevention.
An official told APP on Monday that the meeting focused on curbing crime, dismantling active gangs and ensuring strict action against criminal elements.
SP Ayaz directed officers to enhance policing measures, intensify intelligence-based operations and ensure effective monitoring in their respective jurisdictions.
The official said the officers were instructed to take indiscriminate action against criminals and ensure timely response to incidents.
Ayaz emphasized that maintaining law and order and protection of citizens remained the top priority.
He further directed SHOs to ensure proper record-keeping and improve coordination to strengthen overall policing in the zone.
