Fans of Stranger Things and Dungeons & Dragons will have a new addition to add to future game nights this fall. D&D Beyond has announced Stranger Things: Welcome to the Hellfire Club, a brand-new collaborative board game launching on October 7. Inspired by the legendary tabletop campaigns of Hawkins’ most metal Dungeon Master, Eddie Munson (Joseph Quinn), the new game offers players the chance to dive headfirst into the adventures that made the Hellfire Club infamous.

Inside Eddie Munson’s Campaign

Welcome to the Hellfire Club is designed for 3–5 players and includes four fully fleshed-out adventures that can each branch into unique story outcomes. The upcoming game allows parties to face off against Demogorgons and Demodogs, solve a series of eerie dockside murders, and forge their own path through the treacherous Vale of Shadows. Whether you’re a veteran tabletop adventurer or new to the world of role-playing, the set’s accessible rules and cinematic storytelling aim to make you feel like you’re sitting at Eddie Munson’s table.

Digital and Physical Options Available for Pre-Order Now

The game is now available for pre-order on D&D Beyond in multiple formats:

  • Physical Box: $49.99, complete with all printed materials and game components.
  • Digital Version: $19.99, playable directly on D&D Beyond, bringing Eddie’s campaigns to life online.
  • Ultimate Bundle: $59.99 (pre-order price). Includes both the physical and digital editions, plus exclusive digital bonuses like the Upside Down Digital Dice Set and the Upside Down Digital Map and Sticker Pack.
Pre-orders for the physical edition are also available through Amazon and local game stores, making it easy for fans to grab the version that fits their playstyle.

Why Eddie’s Table Still Rocks

Ever since Eddie Munson’s iconic debut in Stranger Things 4, fans have been clamoring for a way to step into his world of heavy-metal campaigns. Welcome to the Hellfire Club is more than just a tie-in to bring more players into the world of D&D – it’s a celebration of storytelling and the shared joy of rolling for initiative. With its blend of Stranger Things lore and classic D&D mechanics, the set invites fans to join the Hellfire Club in spirit (putting those t-shirts to good use), embarking on adventures “hotter than Hellfire” while forging memories worthy of Hawkins’ most badass outcast.

Meanwhile, Stranger Things 5 is set to premiere on Netflix later this year with Volume 1 (Episodes 1-4) on November 26, followed by Volume 2 (Episodes 5-7) on Christmas Day, December 25, and the Finale (Episode 8) on New Year’s Eve, December 31. Each volume releases at 5 p.m. PT.
