Of all the things I love doing, the beach always stands out. I love the calm it brings me—the warmth of the sun leaving me with a golden glow, the sound of the waves, the salty breeze, and of course the endless blue water. It’s truly my happy place, where I feel the most relaxed and inspired.
No matter how busy life gets, a beach day always feels like pressing the reset button. Aside from my bikini, I never head to the sand without a few essentials: SPF, a hat and sunnies to block UV rays, plenty of water and snacks, a beach bag, hair clips, and a change of clothes.
For me, a perfect beach day is all about keeping it simple—soaking up the sun, leaving with salty hair and a sun-kissed glow.
