Closing is NOT the only option if it’s not working.
Part of my work as an entrepreneur has involved not only creating businesses but also identifying why businesses aren’t working and making changes to them.
Companies must constantly evolve to stay afloat because what works perfectly today may not make any sense tomorrow.
Take the example of mask sales during the pandemic. Thousands of people became rich selling this product because it was what worked at the time. However, when masks were no longer mandatory in public spaces, little by little, people stopped wearing them. And many businesses had to close their doors because they were no longer profitable.
But was closing the only option for many of these businesses? Not necessarily.
When something isn’t working, you can do more than close it and move on to something else. Here, I will tell you what you can do when your business isn’t working, using the latest case I recently worked on to restore the lashes business of a colleague who was no longer making the sales she’d been making before.
