The battle for dominance within the XR market has grown over the past couple of years, with more and more brands wanting in on the action—that said, smart hardware brand TOZO recently announced the launch of the VIZO V1 Smart Glasses, which are designed to give users a virtual entertainment experience on the go.
In terms of hardware, the V1 features a 1800-nit display with 1080p resolution. Along with a 100,000:1 contrast ratio and a 41° field of view, Tozo says that the glasses are designed to display a 118-inch virtual screen size when viewing content. For audio, the V1 uses built-in stereo speakers which can adapt to its 2D and 3D viewing modes as well.

The headset is also designed for user comfort with an ergonomic, lightweight design, as well as integrated myopia adjustment which allows for focal corrections between 0 and 500 degrees. For connectivity, the glasses support a direct USB-C DP-compatible interface, which offers plug-and-play functionality with smartphones, laptops, and gaming consoles.
The VIZO V1 glasses are priced at $379.99, although TOZO is offering them on discount for a limited time down to $299.99.
