CHINIOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 30th Jul, 2025) The training workshop have been organized for police personnel at Saddar police station and City police station to enhance professional capacity of police personnel.
According to the vision of Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, a series of steps were underway to enhance the professional capacity of police personnel, the police spokesman said. The police officers, young men and lady personnel participated in the training workshop.
During the training workshop, Rescue 1122 personnel gave lectures on providing first aid to the injured in traffic accidents and any other emergency situation.
The first aid training was given on CPR, stopping bleeding, initial care of fractures and firefighting. Training was given on playing an effective role in flood situations.
District Police Officer (DPO) Abdullah Ahmed said that the aim of the awareness workshop was to enable police personnel to play an effective role in emergency situations.
