Versed, the skin care–meets–makeup brand known for its minimalist packaging and gentle, ingredient-focused formulas, is expanding its retail footprint with a new home at Ulta Beauty. Starting July 1, a curated assortment will be available on Ulta.com with a wider in-store rollout to 300 Ulta locations nationwide beginning July 7.

The rollout comes just months after Versed entered the color cosmetics space in February, debuting a 14-piece makeup collection at Target, the brand’s sole retail partner until now. With its roots in clean, dermatologist-tested formulas for sensitive skin, Versed is positioning itself squarely in Ulta’s “prestige-and-accessibility” sweet spot.

Premium yet budget-friendly, all of Ulta’s Versed offerings are priced at $21 or less, spanning best-selling skin care like Day Dissolve Cleansing Balm ($19), Good Defense Sunscreen SPF 50 ($21) and its breakout Skin Solution Multi‑Serum Skin Tint SPF 40 ($20), the latter certified by the National Rosacea Society for skin sensitivity. (The Skin Tint alone has sold out three times on Versed’s site so if you see it in stock, grab it.)

Versed’s move to Ulta allows customers to touch, swatch and test products (a must for its new makeup line) and gives the brand valuable in-store consumer insights. With the retailer’s reach and Versed’s reputation for clean, effective formulas, the partnership is poised to bring the brand’s accessible approach to beauty to an even wider audience.
