أكدت الهيئة العامة للنقل مواصلة جهودها الرقابية المكثفة خلال موسم حج 1447 لضبط المخالفات في أنشطة نقل الركاب ورفع مستوى الامتثال، مشيرةً إلى حجز (1047) مركبة مخالفة تمارس نقل الركاب بصورة غير نظامية، ضمن حملاتها الميدانية المنفذة في مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة والمنافذ والطرق المؤدية إليها منذ بداية الموسم.
وشددت الهيئة على أهمية تعامل ضيوف الرحمن مع الناقل النظامي والمرخص، لما يوفره من مزايا تضمن جودة الخدمة وموثوقيتها، من بينها تنوع خيارات النقل، ووضوح الأسعار المعتمدة، وتعدد وسائل الدفع، إلى جانب حفظ حقوق المستفيد، وإمكانية التحقق من بيانات السائق والمركبة، والاستفادة من القنوات الرسمية لمعالجة البلاغات والملاحظات، بما يسهم في توفير تجربة تنقل أكثر أمانًا وتنظيمًا خلال الموسم.
وأشارت الهيئة إلى أن التعامل مع الناقل غير النظامي (الكدادة) يعرض المستفيد لعدد من المخاطر المرتبطة بغياب الاشتراطات النظامية والرقابية، مؤكدةً أن ممارسة نقل الركاب دون ترخيص تُعد مخالفة تستوجب تطبيق العقوبات النظامية بحق المخالفين، والتي تشمل الغرامات المالية وحجز المركبة.
ودعت الهيئة جميع الحجاج والمستفيدين إلى الالتزام باستخدام وسائل النقل المرخصة، والتأكد من نظامية الخدمة قبل الاستفادة منها، بما يعزز سلامة التنقل ويدعم الجهود المبذولة لتنظيم حركة النقل خلال موسم الحج والمبادرة بتقديم البلاغات ضد المخالفين عبر التواصل مع الرقم الموحد 19929 للحد من الممارسات غير النظامية.
The General Transport Authority confirmed its continued intensive regulatory efforts during the Hajj season of 1447 to control violations in passenger transport activities and enhance compliance. It noted that (1047) vehicles engaging in unauthorized passenger transport have been seized as part of its field campaigns conducted in Mecca, the holy sites, and the routes leading to them since the beginning of the season.
The authority emphasized the importance of pilgrims dealing with licensed and regulated transport providers, as they offer advantages that ensure service quality and reliability, including a variety of transport options, clear approved pricing, multiple payment methods, as well as safeguarding the rights of beneficiaries, the ability to verify driver and vehicle information, and benefiting from official channels to address complaints and observations, which contributes to providing a safer and more organized transport experience during the season.
The authority pointed out that dealing with unregulated transport providers (known as “kaddadah”) exposes beneficiaries to several risks associated with the absence of regulatory and compliance requirements, stressing that engaging in passenger transport without a license is considered a violation that warrants the application of regulatory penalties against offenders, which include financial fines and vehicle confiscation.
The authority called on all pilgrims and beneficiaries to commit to using licensed transport means and to ensure the legality of the service before utilizing it, which enhances transport safety and supports efforts to organize transport movement during the Hajj season. It also urged them to report violations against offenders by contacting the unified number 19929 to limit unauthorized practices.
