The story of how I ditched overcrowded platforms and landed my first SEO client to make $5k as a freelancer
This was my story in 2021 when I dedicated my time to freelancing. Like everybody else, I was initially stuck with Upwork and Fiverr for clients. However, like everyone, I realized that finding clients wasn’t a walk in the park.
I had to try different things to get a good client. A good client who can pay me regularly, and for some reason, working on platforms like Upwork didn’t give me a client who was willing to provide work consistently.
