Fans will be able to secure seats for all 51 matches of the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 starting May 12, after organisers officially announced the launch of ticket sales for Asia’s biggest football competition.
The AFC Local Organising Committee announced on Sunday that general ticket sales will open on May 12 at 9:27 pm Qatar time through the tournament’s official “Ahlan” website and mobile app.
Visa cardholders will get exclusive early access to tickets starting from May 10 for 48 hours.
Ticket prices start from SAR 30 (approximately $8), with premium category tickets available from SAR 100 (approximately $27). Fans will also be able to purchase tickets for the opening match between hosts Saudi Arabia and Palestine, as well as the semi-finals and final, through the same platform.
This announcement comes just hours after the final draw ceremony in Diriyah, where the six groups were officially confirmed.
Defending champions Qatar landed in Group F alongside Japan, Thailand, and Indonesia. Saudi Arabia will host the tournament for the first time from January 7 to February 5, 2027.
Mai Alhelabi, CEO of the Local Organising Committee for AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027, said: “We are pleased to announce the launch of ticket sales for the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027, giving fans across Saudi Arabia, Asia and the wider world the opportunity to be part of one of the world’s biggest and most exciting football tournaments.”
She added that Saudi Arabia’s strong football culture would help create a memorable experience for supporters across the host cities.
“Football holds a special place in the hearts of the Saudi people, and we look forward to seeing fans come together to create a unique atmosphere across all three host cities,” she added.
Matches will be played across multiple stadiums in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar, including the redeveloped King Fahd Sports City Stadium, which is expected to host both the opening match and the final after reopening later this year. Other venues include Kingdom Arena, King Saud University Stadium, and the newly named Aramco Stadium in Al Khobar, which is set to host one of the tournament’s semi-finals.
