Role Responsibilities
- Perform manual soldering & rework on:
- SMD components (down to 0603 packages & fine-pitch ICs)
- Through-hole components
- Assemble and debug prototype PCB boards as per schematic & BOM.
- Inspect and test assembled boards for quality and reliability.
- Rework/repair circuits and improve assembly quality when needed.
- Maintain tools, ESD-safe workspace, assembly logs, and best soldering practices.
Ideal Candidate
- Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly or PCB rework.
- Strong SMD & through-hole soldering skills (including 0603 & fine-pitch ICs).
- Experience with hot-air rework, microscopes, and solder rework tools.
- Ability to understand BOMs; basic schematic reading is a plus.
- Passion for hardware tinkering, repair, and prototyping.
