The April 2026 security patch has finally been released by Samsung for the Galaxy A53 and Galaxy A55.
The April 2026 security patch for the Galaxy A53 features the update with firmware version A536NKSSGGZD1. For now, it’s only available for South Korean users.
For the Galaxy A55, it gets the April 2026 security patch with an update having firmware version A556EXXSECZD1. It’s currently available to users in India.
If your Galaxy A53 or Galaxy A55 hasn’t received the security update yet, you can check for it manually by going to your phone’s Settings > Software update menu.
